Did you know you can prepay your Aurora bill? When you make prepayments, those payments will sit on your account until your next bill is issued.
Sometimes it's easier to manage your budget by making regular payments, rather than paying all at once. You can set up a regular payment plan in a few ways.
If you don't want to think about it, you can set up a direct debit with us and we will pay your bill straight from your chosen bank account.
PLUS: when a bill is paid in full by direct debit from your bank account by the due date, you will get a discount of 5.5 cents a day (incl. GST)!
(Before you sign up for direct debit, there are some Terms and Conditions to think about.)
If you receive Centrelink payments, you can arrange for an amount to come straight to Aurora out of your benefit before you are paid. So your bill should be a lot smaller when it comes, or there will be nothing further that you need to pay at all!
To set up Centrepay, fill out the Centrelink online form here or call our Customer Service Advisors on 1300 13 2003 from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. (Or you can visit the Centrelink website to read more information).+
With the convenience of BPAY, you can pay your bill any time of the day or night 7 days a week! You can pay your bill in full or use your internet banking to set up regular payments so you can stay in control.
