I'm unhappy with my installer, what should I do?

Please reach out to your installer first, as they can resolve most installation related concerns. If your issue isn't resolved, you can contact BOOM! Power directly via their complaints process at www.boompower.com.au/complaints and they will assist you with next steps.

The installer isn't responding, can Aurora Energy help?

Yes. If you've tried contacting the installer without success, please reach out to our local customer support team on 1300 132 003, available Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm, and we'll follow up on your behalf.

I received a quote I'm not satisfied with; can I provide feedback?
