Our bills have had a makeover! 

As part of a regulatory change from the Australian Energy Regulator, the new look bill is designed to make it easier to understand your electricity charges.

Your details

Your account number, supply address, and National Meter Identifier (NMI) are at the top of the first page of your bill. 

Amount due and due date

The first page of your bill still lets you know what what you owe and when payment is due.

How to pay 

There are many different ways to pay your bill. Pay online, via direct debit or Centrepay, BPAY, aurora+ or with Australia Post.

Your energy plan

This tells you exactly what energy plan you're on! 

Estimated bills

If your bill has been estimated, we'll let you know and direct you on how to do a self read of your meter. 

Understanding your bill

This is an overview of the total of your last bill, total payment made in the previous billing period and any balances brought forward. 

Supply and energy charges

This bit of the bill shows what you've been charged per kWh and your daily supply charges. 

All other charges

Here you'll see discounts, fees, and other charges relating to your energy account.

Your average usage

This shows your average daily usage for this billing period, what your average usage was last year, average daily cost, and if you have solar, this will show you your average daily exports.
