You can pay your bill online with your Visa or MasterCard.

When paying online you will need:

  • Your credit card details 
  • Your Aurora Energy account number (this can be found on the blue panel on the right had side of your bill

Please note: There is a limit of $10,000 if you are paying your bill via credit card.

You can also pay by credit card with BPAY or internet banking through your financial institution (Biller Code 5595), over the phone with Australia Post on 13 18 16 (Billpay Code 0755), or in person at Australia Post or Service Tasmania
