If you have aurora+, you'll stop paying the fee automatically on the 1st of July.

aurora+ gives Tasmanians the opportunity to gain greater control over their energy usage and ultimately reduce their electricity costs.

We know that customers who use aurora+ report bill shock scores half of those of our broader customer base. These customers also typically a lower level of debt than non-users, particularly in cold, winter months.
