Your aurora+ cancellation is effective the day you request it, and from that date, you will no longer be charged the product fee. Sometimes, it may take a few days for us to action your request. When this happens, we'll refund any additional product service fees past your cancellation date. Read our terms and conditions here.

Your product will change to the energy plan selected with aurora+ unless you opt to change your energy plan, this may incur a tariff change fee.
