Yes, if you find that aurora+ is not the best product for you, you can call to cancel at any time at no cost to you. However, if you wish to change your energy plan, there may be a cost starting at $53.72 depending on your meter configuration.
It takes 5 business days to cancel aurora+, and from that date, you will no longer be charged the product fee.
Your product will change to the energy plan selected with aurora+ unless you opt to change your energy plan.
