Your aurora+ account details

To view and update your account details with aurora+, go to the menu on the top right-hand side of your screen and tap account details.

Here, you’ll find your account number, name, concession information, and the BPAY biller code.

Under ‘Your Contact Details’, you can see your email address, as well as edit your postal address, mobile and home phone numbers.  

If you wish to delete your aurora+ account, tap the delete button at the bottom of the screen.
