With aurora+ you receive your bills, called 'statements', by email and in the app at the end of your billing cycle. You can also download your statements from the app in the 'Statements' section of the 'Transaction History'.

Moving to monthly billing can make it easier to manage your energy costs, with smaller, more regular payments that help reduce the risk of large bills. If you choose to Pre-pay, you will just receive a 'statement' at the end of your billing cycle - this shows you what you have used throughout the bill period and the balance on the statement is what your balance was at the time it was issued and may not reflect what is currently on your app.
