With aurora+ you receive your bills, called 'statements', by email and in the app at the end of your billing cycle. You can also download your statements from the app in the 'Statements' section of the 'Transaction History'.

When signing up to aurora+ you keep your existing billing preference - monthly or quarterly. Moving to monthly billing can make it easier to manage your energy costs, with smaller, more regular payments that help reduce the risk of large bills. This can make budgeting simpler and give you better visibility of your energy use throughout the year.

In the aurora+, you can:

  • View your latest statement as soon as it’s ready
  • Download past statements anytime in the ‘Statements’ section of your Transaction History

Switching from paper to e-billing also means:

  • Faster access to your bills
  • No waiting for the post
  • Easy access to your billing history whenever you need it

Bills if you pre-pay your account

If you choose to Pre-pay, you will just receive a 'statement' at the end of your billing cycle - this shows you what you have used throughout the bill period and the balance on the statement is what your balance was at the time it was issued and may not reflect what is currently on your app.
