Quick Answer

Your bills are made up of fixed charges (service charges) and variable charges (usage charges). Usually, Aurora Energy applies a blanket increase or decrease across all Standing Offer (STOF) tariffs, including the fixed and variable components.

This year, to create more cost reflective tariff pricing, we will not be applying a blanket change to STOF tariffs. We have done this type of rebalancing in the past, most recently in 2023 and 2020.

There will be a 6.8% increase to daily supply charges excluding tariff 22 and a 1% decrease to usage charges on all STOF tariffs.

Tariff 22 will increase by 4% for its daily supply charge.

These movements across all tariffs equal an average 0.5% increase.
