Set and forget! Direct debit gives you more control around how you pay. You can: 

  • Pay your full balance when it’s due; 
  • Make regular payments towards your bill;
  • Or a combination of both! Regular payments and anything left owing paid on the due date!

And if you pay your bill from your bank account (with your BSB & account number instead of a credit or debit card) by the due date you may be eligible to the Direct Debit Discount of 5.5 cents per day! Find out more here.

  • All you need is the ID we have on file for you (usually your drivers licence or a password) and your bank account details!
  • If you would like to use a credit card please fill out our direct debit form or call us on 1300 132 003.
  • We'll have your direct debit up and running within 3 business days and you'll receive a letter to let you know once it's done.
