Closing your account 

To close out your account with us, we’ll send you a final bill. Any debt on your Aurora Energy account is still due and payable. If you have a credit, please contact us to have it refunded to your bank account. 

If you need extra time to pay your final bill, we have payment plan options available. 

If you have a concession, you'll need to give your pension number to your new retailer to continue receiving the Annual Electricity Concession.
