Monthly Billing

With aurora+ you receive your bills, called 'statements', by email and in the app once a month.

You can also download your monthly statements from the app in the 'Statements' section of the 'Transaction History'.

Bills if you pre-pay your account

If you choose to Pre-pay, you will just receive a 'statement' at the end of each month - this shows you what you have used throughout the month and the balance on the statement is what your balance was at the time it was issued and may not reflect what is currently on your app.
