Aurora Industry Support Payment

We know that COVID-19 has disrupted trade and visitation in Tasmania and this is impacting many of our local industries.

To support our business customers and Tasmania’s ongoing recovery from COVID-19, we’ve made up to $500,000 total in direct bill payments available to customers in impacted industries.

Eligible industries include:

  • tourism
  • hospitality
  • arts & events
  • transport
  • seafood

Aurora Energy business customers in these industries can now apply for Aurora’s Industry Support Payment, which will see a $500 bill credit applied to their Aurora Energy account. Applications are open until 31 October 2021, or until funds have been exhausted. Terms and Conditions apply.
